The safety of the hotel.we loved that! For sure we will stay there again.
The hotel City Suite in “”punda”” was good, right behind the Hotel is the center . the Polis station right on the block .. you can walk at night safe , nice staff at the desk (Valery) and the security show us were to eat. was great thank you Booking com . you make my vacation good. I enjoyed the Excellent Service from the staff. The Manager Andrew and the Lady from the Rose Restaurant who was so kind to deliver my dinner and Percy the Taxi Driver/Guard who was a true Gentleman helping me in the rain with my many Suitcases. I will definitely recommend to my Co-Workers.
I liked my Room. everything was very clean. the Hotel is in a very good location. The staff are very kind and helpful. Good price for the hotel.
The kitchenette was great it had all the supplies needed. The sofa in the room was very comfy. Everything was great.
Excellent location – restaurants/shops/Round Market/Floating Market, Punda Bus Station/Queen Emma Bridge (aka Pontoon Bridge) within 5 or so minutes walk. Otrabanda and Cruise Ship Terminal are 15 mins walk across Emma Bridge. Had hot water in the shower!
I liked the cleanliness of the room, and that fact that is was resonably spacious. Also the car parking garage attached to the hotel, so you can park your car on the floor of your room is really great.
